Whiplash, Vengeful Engineer Commander Deck

Whiplash, Vengeful Engineer leads a mono-black voltaic strategy centered on stacking as many Equipment onto him as possible, then attacking to drain opponents of life equal to the number of attachments while simultaneously refueling through lifelink and life payment effects. The deck uses cost reduction artifacts, tutors, and self-draw spells to assemble a critical mass of Equipment quickly, with combat tricks and protection effects keeping Whiplash alive through the inevitable removal attempts. The primary win conditions are a life-total feedback loop between Exquisite Blood and Aetherflux Reservoir, a Bolas's Citadel and Sensei's Divining Top engine that generates massive storm count and damage, and using Bloodletter of Aclazotz to turn a single card effect that halves an opponent's life total into an instant kill. We want to focus heavily on card draw, countering permanents or removing permanents or using reveal our opponents hands. We need the deck to be explosive and "less" telling of what were going to do.
