Norman Osborn builds toward his Green Goblin transformation by repeatedly connecting with opponents in the red zone and conniving to fuel the graveyard, then flipping to unlock his Goblin Formula, which grants every nonland card in the graveyard a mayhem cost equal to its mana value so discarded cards can be recast the same turn at no additional expense. The deck floods the board with discard-payoff creatures that grow, generate tokens, and draw cards whenever cards are pitched, while a suite of cheap mayhem permanents like Scarlet Spider and Swarm provide efficient threats that recur freely from the graveyard. The primary win condition is overwhelming board presence accelerated by Behold the Sinister Six reanimating multiple creatures at once, backed by Spider-Verse turning graveyard spells into doubled permanents and Shadow of the Goblin draining opponents every time a spell is cast from outside the hand.
