Kefka, Court Mage attacks repeatedly to force mass discard across all players, drawing cards based on the variety of card types discarded, while a constellation of enchantments like Waste Not, Liliana's Caress, and Megrim convert every opponent discard into life loss, tokens, and mana. The deck amplifies Kefka's enter and attack triggers through doubling effects on Wizards, cloning spells, and blink effects that repeatedly reuse the commander, accelerating toward the transformation into Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, whose draw-on-life-loss ability turns the discard punishment engine into a massive card advantage engine. Once opponents are emptied of cards and hemorrhaging life each turn, the deck closes out the game through accumulated damage from its discard punisher enchantments, or by leveraging the enormous hand size and graveyard recursion to bury opponents in card and resource advantage.
