Tidus, Yuna's Guardian leads a counter-manipulation strategy that spreads and multiplies +1/+1 counters across the battlefield, then swings in with a wide, counter-laden board to trigger repeated card draw and proliferate through the commander's Cheer ability, snowballing both board presence and hand advantage. Counter doublers like Hardened Scales and The Earth Crystal amplify every counter placement exponentially, while equipment and enchantments reward combat damage with additional cards and cascading effects to keep the engine running. The deck can also close out games through infinite damage by combining Walking Ballista with Gatta and Luzzu alongside either of those counter doublers, turning prevented damage into unlimited +1/+1 counters that fuel lethal Ballista pings.
