Adeliz, the Cinder Wind leads a Wizard tribal spellslinger deck that buffs the entire Wizard team with every instant or sorcery cast, enabling wide attacks backed by a critical mass of cheap interaction, cantrips, and counterspells. The deck builds momentum by reducing spell costs, copying spells for double triggers, and generating card advantage through repeated casting to flood the board with pumped Wizards. The primary win conditions are combo-based: Isochron Scepter paired with either Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana and storm count or Narset's Reversal for infinite turns, with Hullbreaker Horror and a mana rock as a backup route to infinite storm.
