Kibo leads an Ape and Monkey tribal aggro deck built around artifact destruction. Every opposing artifact that hits the graveyard grows each Ape and Monkey. Kibo itself feeds that engine: its tap gives every opponent a Banana token to destroy, and its attack trigger forces the defending player to sacrifice an artifact. A large suite of artifact removal, sweepers and "make it an artifact" effects turns each destruction event into +1/+1 counters, extra cards and life, while changelings pad out the tribe. How it wins: The deck stacks counters on a wide board of Apes, Monkeys and changelings, then gives them trample and team-wide pumps for a lethal alpha strike, with Mycosynth Lattice-enabled board wipes able to leave opponents with nothing. Key roles: - Artifact fodder generation: Kibo's tap gives every opponent a Banana token, and type-changing effects turn opponents' permanents into artifacts, so the counter trigger always has targets. With Mycosynth Lattice out, every opposing permanent counts. (Liquimetal Coating, Liquimetal Torque, Mycosynth Lattice) - Artifact destruction suite: Cheap spot removal, X-cost and mass artifact wipes, and creatures with destroy-on-enter effects each hand out counters to the tribe. Single cards that kill many artifacts trigger Kibo once per artifact. (Vandalblast, By Force, Gearbane Orangutan) - Ape and Monkey tribe with changelings: The body count is built from Apes, Monkeys and every-type changelings, so each artifact death grows as many attackers as possible. Branching Evolution doubles each counter placed. (Taurean Mauler, Gangly Stompling, Branching Evolution) - Destruction payoffs: Separate enchantments and creatures draw cards or gain life whenever opponents' artifacts die, turning the removal plan into card advantage and a sturdier life total. (Viridian Revel, Fangren Marauder) - Counter-based card draw and protection: Once the board is covered in +1/+1 counters, these cards draw one card per countered creature and protect the team from removal and wipes. (Armorcraft Judge, Inspiring Call, Heroic Intervention) - Trample finishers: Team-wide pumps and trample-granting effects push the counter-laden board through blockers to close the game.
