The deck is a Boros graveyard-exile engine built around Quintorius, whose static ability creates a 3/2 Spirit token whenever one or more cards leave the graveyard. There is no once-per-turn limit, so each separate event that removes cards from the graveyard counts. The list is packed with repeatable triggers that remove cards from the graveyard: - tap-to-exile artifacts - discard outlets that exile the discarded card - reanimation and recursion that return permanents to hand or battlefield - flashback and attack triggers Each of these turns into a stream of Spirit tokens, which token doublers multiply. Quintorius's own +1 loots and mills to stock the graveyard. Flyer-granting anthems, double strike and extra-combat effects then turn the Spirit army into lethal damage. How it wins: A wide board of doubled Spirit tokens is pumped, given evasion and double strike or extra combats, and swings for lethal, with Approach of the Second Sun as an alternate finish. Key roles: - Graveyard exile triggers: Cheap repeatable artifacts and enchantments exile cards from any graveyard. Each activation makes a Spirit through Quintorius, while also hating on opposing graveyards and sometimes giving bonus bodies or counters. (Agatha's Soul Cauldron, Scrabbling Claws, Summoner's Sending) - Discard-and-exile looting: Loot effects and Quintorius's +1 fill the graveyard. Discard-matters cards exile or replay the discards and add Treasure, cards or drain on top, so a single discard can count as cards leaving the graveyard. (Containment Construct, Currency Converter, Monument to Endurance) - Recursion value engine: Recurring reanimation and return effects pull permanents back from the graveyard. This generates card advantage and a Spirit trigger at the same time, often every upkeep or every attack. (Sun Titan, Court of Ardenvale, Sevinne's Reclamation) - Token multiplication: Token doublers and secondary graveyard-leave payoffs turn each trigger into multiple bodies. Some of these also grant flying to the tokens. (Elspeth, Storm Slayer, Exalted Sunborn, On Wings of Gold) - Spirit combat finishers: Spirit lords, team-wide evasion and pumps, double strike and extra combat phases convert the wide token board into a lethal alpha strike. Quintorius's −4 also gives Spirits double strike and vigilance. (Hofri Ghostforge, Moonshaker Cavalry, Karlach, Fury of Avernus) - Planeswalker and board protection: Protection effects keep Quintorius alive and the token army intact against wraths and attacks, so the engine can keep running. (Deification, Teferi's Protection, Flawless Maneuver)
