Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer serves as a repeatable creature tutor, fetching any creature with mana value equal to X directly onto the battlefield when cast, allowing the deck to assemble its pieces efficiently with a dense mana creature base accelerating toward large X values. Crucially, Wirewood Symbiote (returning Rocco as an Elf) and Temur Sabertooth ({1}{G}) both bounce Rocco to hand rather than the command zone, bypassing commander tax entirely and enabling repeated same-turn tutoring at base cost when sufficient mana is available. This bounce loop is a central mechanism — with Priest of Titania or Circle of Dreams Druid generating large green mana, Rocco can be bounced and recast multiple times in the same turn at progressively higher X values to assemble the entire combo in one sequence. The deck uses creature recursion, blink effects, and toolbox tutors like Imperial Recruiter and Arena Rector to chain together the right pieces at the right time. The primary win conditions are infinite hasty token combat through Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker paired with Felidar Guardian (copy Guardian, token blinks Kiki, repeat), Restoration Angel (copy Angel, ETB exiles and returns Kiki untapped, repeat), or Village Bell-Ringer (copy Bell-Ringer, untap all creatures including Kiki, repeat). All three Kiki partners are fetchable through Rocco, Birthing Pod, or Imperial Recruiter. Secondary win conditions include generating infinite mana through Staff of Domination and Priest of Titania, looping infinite ETBs with Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel, or exiling creatures into Food Chain alongside Squee, the Immortal for infinite mana to cast creatures and close out the game.
