The deck accelerates this punishment by repeatedly triggering mass hand-cycling effects — wheels — that force everyone to discard and redraw, generating enormous bursts of damage while cards like Waste Not and Geth's Grimoire convert the chaos into resources. The primary win conditions include attaching infect to Nekusar and resolving a wheel to kill opponents instantly with poison counters, or assembling Sensei's Divining Top with Aetherflux Reservoir and Bolas's Citadel to generate a near-infinite storm count and deal 50 damage to each opponent in succession.
