Nekusar, the Mindrazer turns card draw into a weapon by forcing opponents to draw additional cards while dealing damage for each card drawn, and the deck accelerates this engine through mass hand-refill effects like wheels and forced draw spells that cycle through the entire table's hands repeatedly. Damage-doubling effects and enchantments that pile on extra life loss whenever opponents draw amplify each wheel into a substantial chunk of damage, while discard payoffs generate additional value from the chaos. The primary kill condition is using Peer into the Abyss to force a single opponent to draw half their deck, which combines with Nekusar, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, or Razorkin Needlehead to convert that massive draw event into lethal damage or life loss in a single turn.
