turbo fog deck that give the monarchy to opponents so they draw their decks faster. aim of the game is to prolonge it long enough with fogs that you can win by decking out your opponents. some mill is included through the locus lands which have multiple ways to fetch them, as well as some artifacts. helix pinnacle is a alternate way to win the game. there are also a few ways to shuffle the graveyard in the deck to make sure we dont deck out ourselves
