Nekusar, the Mindrazer turns card draw into a weapon by forcing opponents to draw extra cards through wheel effects, symmetrical draw enchantments, and repeated hand-refill spells, dealing damage to each opponent for every card they draw. Redundant damage-per-draw permanents like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Underworld Dreams, and Fate Unraveler stack with Nekusar to accelerate opponents' life loss, while discard-punishing enchantments add a secondary damage layer whenever wheels empty and refill hands. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents with cumulative draw damage, using counterspells and board wipes to protect this engine long enough for the stacked triggers to close out the game.
