Rocco, Street Chef fuels a strategy built around playing cards from exile, rewarding each instance with +1/+1 counters and Food tokens that generate additional mana, draw, and damage through a web of artifact and token synergies. The deck accelerates this engine using mana dorks and cost-reduction artifacts, while pieces like Academy Manufactor multiply every Food into a full set of Clue, Food, and Treasure tokens, and Pia Nalaar generates a Thopter army from every exile-cast spell. The primary win condition is an infinite loop between Basking Broodscale and Rosie Cotton of South Lane, which generates unbounded +1/+1 counters, tokens, and ETB triggers that translate into lethal damage through the many pinging artifacts and enchantments in the deck.
