Splinter, Radical Rat sits at the helm of a Ninja tribal deck that exploits his core ability to double all triggered abilities from your Ninja creatures, turning ninjutsu-based draw triggers, theft effects, and combat payoffs into overwhelming value engines. The deck uses a blue unblockability effect built into the commander alongside evasion enablers and ninjutsu to repeatedly sneak creatures into combat, generating doubled triggers from cards like Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni to steal opponents' creatures from their graveyards or Prosperous Thief to accumulate treasure. The plan is to grind out card advantage and resources through repeated unblocked attacks, build a wide board of Ninjas, and close the game through combat damage or the cumulative advantage of doubled theft and resource triggers snowballing out of control.
