Rat King, Verminister rewards you for sacrificing your own permanents by growing larger and producing a steady stream of Rat tokens, enabling a snowballing board presence. The deck leverages Rat Colony and similar same-name creatures alongside Thrumming Stone to chain massive swarms into play, then uses the commander's activated ability to mass-resurrect copies from the graveyard by sacrificing three Rats. Marrow-Gnawer and Patriarch's Bidding serve as key payoffs, either exploding the board with sacrificed Rats turned into even more tokens or recovering an entire army from the graveyard to overwhelm opponents with sheer numbers.
