Kotori, Pilot Prodigy Commander Precon

Neon Dynasty Commander100 cards

Kotori, Pilot Prodigy turns every Vehicle into a crew 2 machine, so oversized boats like Colossal Plow, Peacewalker Colossus, Parhelion II and Shorikai become cheap to animate with ordinary creatures and token pilots. Each combat she grants an artifact creature lifelink and vigilance, letting a big Vehicle or pumped construct swing without tapping down or leaving the deck exposed. The rest of the list is an artifact-synergy shell: cost reducers, cast triggers that make thopters, myr and cards, and recursion that rebuilds the board of artifacts and Vehicles. How it wins: It builds a wide board of artifacts, Vehicles and flying token crew, then attacks with large evasive artifact creatures and Vehicles, drawing extra cards off combat damage until opponents fall. Key roles: - Vehicle fleet and crew: Kotori, Pilot Prodigy's crew 2 makes the high-power Vehicles cheap to run, and pilot tokens, mana dorks and incidental creatures tap to animate them, including several at once. (Parhelion II, Prodigy's Prototype, Peacewalker Colossus) - Artifact cast engine: Artifact spells are cheapened, and each cast spins off thopters, myr, loots or cards, so cheap Vehicles and mana rocks both fuel a wide board of crew bodies and draws. (Sai, Master Thopterist, Etherium Sculptor, Sram, Senior Edificer) - Evasion and anthems: Flying granted to Vehicles and artifact creatures, unblockability and global pumps keep the swinging artifacts connecting, with untaps and vigilance keeping them on defense too. (Aeronaut Admiral, Cyberdrive Awakener, Master of Etherium) - Combat-damage card flow: Artifact creatures dealing combat damage refill the hand, and Vehicles that find historic cards or loot on attack keep the attacks paying out. (Thopter Spy Network, Research Thief, Weatherlight) - Artifact recursion and animation: Spent or destroyed artifacts come back from the graveyard, and noncreature artifacts can be turned into attackers for a burst of damage. (Dance of the Manse, Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Katsumasa, the Animator) - Lopsided board resets: Wraths and taxing effects that spare artifacts let the deck clear opposing creatures while its own artifact army and protection survive. (Organic Extinction, Cataclysmic Gearhulk, Indomitable Archangel)
