Elven Empire

Lathril, Blade of the Elves Commander Precon

Kaldheim Commander100 cards

Lathril leads an Elf tribal go-wide deck. Mana elves ramp into token makers and lord effects, then the board is turned into either a lethal anthem-pumped alpha strike or Lathril's tap-ten-Elves activation, which drains each opponent for 10. Lathril's menace makes it hard to block, and each hit creates Elf Warrior tokens equal to the combat damage it dealt, which feeds the activation. Elf deaths are turned into card draw, drain and recursion so the swarm keeps rebuilding. How it wins: It floods the board with Elves and either taps ten of them with Lathril to drain every opponent for 10 (repeatable over turns), or swings with a lord-pumped swarm backed by mass pump effects. Key roles: - Elf ramp and mana scaling: Mana dorks and land-fetching Elves speed out the deck early. Elf-count mana producers later generate huge amounts of mana for multi-spell turns. (Elvish Archdruid, Wirewood Channeler, Marwyn, the Nurturer) - Token swarm generation: Effects that double the Elf count or add bodies every turn or every cast reach the ten untapped Elves Lathril needs. Lathril's own combat hits add more tokens. (Elvish Promenade, Elven Ambush, Lys Alana Huntmaster) - Lords and alpha-strike pumps: Anthems, Elf-count scaling creatures and team-wide pumps turn the wide board into lethal combat damage, an alternative to the drain. (Canopy Tactician, Cultivator of Blades, End-Raze Forerunners) - Elf-count drain and burst: Enter-the-battlefield and death-trigger life loss scales with the number of Elves, chipping opponents down alongside Lathril's 10-point drain. (Shaman of the Pack, Skemfar Shadowsage, Elderfang Venom) - Death value and recursion: Elves that die draw cards, replace themselves with tokens, or return from the graveyard, so sweepers and trades stay manageable. (Moldervine Reclamation, Prowess of the Fair, Serpent's Soul-Jar) - Tribal card flow and Elf-sparing removal: Elf-specific card selection and creature-cast draw keep the hand full. Sweepers and edicts that spare Elves clear opposing blockers. (Beast Whisperer, Ruthless Winnower, Eyeblight Massacre)
