Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a wide board of outlaws — Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks — that swing in each combat to flood the battlefield with Treasure tokens, which Olivia then converts into a board-wide +1/+1 counter pump to snowball creature size. Supporting cards generate additional tokens, trigger death and lifegain value loops, and use goading and temporary theft to keep opponents off-balance while the deck accrues resources. The deck wins through an overwhelming go-wide combat presence, using Academy Manufactor to multiply Treasure generation and Vihaan, Goldwaker to animate those Treasures into attacking Assassins, turning even a pile of mana rocks into a lethal army.
