Necron Dynasties

Szarekh, the Silent King Commander Precon

Warhammer 40,000 Commander100 cards

This is a mono-black Necron artifact-creature deck built on self-mill and recursion. Szarekh's attack trigger mills three and refills the hand with artifact creatures or Vehicles. Everything else in the graveyard becomes fuel for unearth, mass reanimation and graveyard-cast effects, and the bodies that come back generate tokens, cards and sacrifice value. The list leans on artifact synergies, heavy Swamp counts for black-scaling effects and mono-black mana doublers, and it can fall back on artifact-proof sweepers that leave its own Necron board standing. How it wins: It grinds out a wide, recurring board of artifact creatures and Necron Warrior tokens, then closes with evasive flyers and menace attacks, big C'tan threats, and life drain from artifact count and artifacts dying. Key roles: - Self-mill engine: Szarekh's attacks, enter-the-battlefield mills and repeatable milling fill the graveyard with artifact creatures while pulling the best ones back to hand. (Out of the Tombs, Convergence of Dominion, Flayed One) - Recursion and unearth: Unearth bodies come back repeatedly, some with enter-from-graveyard value, and graveyard activation discounts and mass reanimation turn the milled graveyard into board presence. (Ghost Ark, Technomancer, Living Death) - Token generation and graveyard payoffs: Artifacts leaving the graveyard, casting artifact spells and attacking Vehicles all create 2/2 Necron Warriors that widen the board. (Imotekh the Stormlord, Biotransference, Necron Monolith) - Sacrifice and death value: Expendable artifacts and tokens are sacrificed for mana, cards and drain, and dying artifacts grow threats and trigger life loss. (Illuminor Szeras, Psychomancer, Shard of the Void Dragon) - Artifact-count payoffs and evasion: The large artifact count fuels equipment damage, tap-based drain and anthem effects, while menace and flying help push damage through. (Cranial Plating, Necron Overlord, Skorpekh Lord) - One-sided board control: The heavy Swamp count powers scaling removal, and sweepers that spare artifacts let the Necron board survive while opponents' creatures die. (Their Name Is Death, Mutilate, Lokhust Heavy Destroyer)
