The Thirteenth Doctor & Yasmin Khan Commander Deck

The Thirteenth Doctor rewards casting spells from anywhere other than your hand by distributing +1/+1 counters, and her Team TARDIS ability then untaps every creature with a counter at end of turn, generating enormous amounts of mana and combat power. Yasmin Khan fuels this engine by exiling the top card of your library each turn for free plays, while cascade spells, rebound effects, foretold cards, flashback, and retrace all trigger the Paradox ability repeatedly in a single turn. The deck wins by snowballing creatures like Sisterhood of Karn and Flaming Tyrannosaurus to overwhelming size while generating token armies and drawing through the library with Surge of Brilliance, ultimately closing the game through combat damage.
