Ranar the Ever-Watchful sits at the center of a flicker and foretell engine, generating a growing army of 1/1 flying Spirit tokens every time a card is exiled from your hand via foretelling or a spell blinks permanents off the battlefield. The deck continuously recycles enter-the-battlefield effects through flickering creatures and mass exile spells, flooding the board with flying tokens while accumulating card advantage and disruption. The win condition is an overwhelming aerial swarm, amplified by lords that pump flying creatures and finishers like Storm Herd that can create a lethal token army in a single turn.
