Stella Lee, Wild Card Commander Precon

Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander100 cards

This Izzet spellslinger deck chains cheap instants and sorceries to rack up several spells per turn. Stella Lee rewards the second spell each turn with an extra card to play, and from the third spell onward her tap ability copies an instant or sorcery. Cost reducers, cantrips and treasure keep the chain going, while recursion and copy effects replay spells from the graveyard so every cast feeds the many cast triggers on the battlefield. How it wins: The deck builds a big spell turn in which per-spell triggers ping every opponent, flood the board with flying tokens, and finish with storm or a Niv-Mizzet draw-damage engine. Key roles: - Spell-count fuel: Cheap cantrips and looting spells hit Stella Lee's second-spell and three-spell thresholds cheaply while digging for engines, and they fill the graveyard with instants and sorceries. (Preordain, Faithless Looting, Expressive Iteration) - Cost reduction and mana: Creatures that discount every instant and sorcery, plus treasure makers and a ritual, let one turn hold many more spells. (Goblin Electromancer, Storm-Kiln Artist, Rousing Refrain) - Copy and trigger doubling: Copying spells and doubling magecraft and cast triggers multiplies every payoff, working alongside Stella Lee's own copy ability. Copies count for magecraft draws and treasure, but not for "cast" triggers. (Veyran, Voice of Duality, Galvanic Iteration, Crackling Spellslinger) - Graveyard recasting: A stocked graveyard of instants and sorceries gets replayed for free. It also powers delve, Haughty Djinn's power and the cheap casting of the big Elementals. (Arcane Bombardment, Mizzix's Mastery, Bloodthirsty Adversary) - Per-spell damage and draw: Burn triggers on each cast drain the whole table, and Niv-Mizzet turns every instant or sorcery into a card and a ping. (Guttersnipe, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Electrostatic Field) - Token swarm and storm finishers: Cast triggers create flying tokens, storm and second-spell Dragons add a wide air force, and Propaganda holds off attackers while the board grows. (Talrand, Sky Summoner, Elemental Eruption, Eris, Roar of the Storm)
