Each end step, Mirko reanimates a creature whose power falls below his own, enabling a self-sustaining recursion engine that pulls threats like Grave Titan, Massacre Wurm, or Dream Eater back repeatedly. Supporting payoffs like Dimir Spybug and Syr Konrad, the Grim convert the constant surveiling and graveyard activity into additional damage, making the deck win through a combination of overwhelming board presence and incremental life drain.
