Breena, the Demagogue sits at the center of a political warfare strategy that rewards opponents for attacking each other — every time a player hits an opponent with more life, Breena grows via +1/+1 counters while the attacker draws a card, creating incentives that keep combat chaos pointed away from you. The deck reinforces this gameplan through goad effects, attack taxes like Ghostly Prison and Windborn Muse, and cards that distribute counters or resources to other players, all designed to keep the table fighting itself while Breena and her allies snowball in size. The deck wins by converting Breena's accumulated counters and a growing board of flying creatures — including Inkling tokens generated by combat triggers and death triggers — into an overwhelming aerial assault, backed by high-impact board wipes and reanimation effects to recover or reset the battlefield as needed.
