Her -1 blinks your own permanents to repeatedly trigger enter-the-battlefield effects, while a suite of scry effects, brainstorm-style spells, and manifest enchantments give constant control over what sits on top of the library. The deck wins through accumulating card and board advantage via ninja combat triggers, overwhelming token creation from miracle payoffs, and eventually grinding opponents down with recurring threats and library-sculpted inevitability.
