Teval, the Balanced Scale Commander Deck
Teval, the Balanced Scale drives a self-mill engine that simultaneously fills the graveyard and returns lands to the battlefield, generating 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens every time cards leave the graveyard through reanimation, delve costs, or flashback. Teval's Judgment multiplies this token production by also drawing cards and creating Treasure whenever the graveyard empties, turning each act of recursion into a cascade of value. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents with a wide Zombie board, reanimating massive threats like Lord of Extinction or Consuming Aberration, and using mass reanimation spells such as Living Death to recover from board wipes while flooding the field with creatures recycled from a graveyard that has been relentlessly stocked all game.
