The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler form a suspend-focused engine where attacking exiles cards from the library and places them into suspend, steadily building a board presence of creatures and spells that cascade into play over subsequent turns while Rose Tyler grows into a massive attacker as time counters accumulate across permanents and suspended cards. The deck accelerates this engine through time travel effects that manipulate time counters to speed up suspended cards or grow Rose Tyler further, while Regenerations Restored offers a long-term payoff by converting twelve upkeep triggers of scrying and life gain into an extra turn. The win condition is primarily combat damage, with Rose Tyler becoming an enormous threat and a wide board of suspended creatures coming down for free, supported by combat enablers and board control through phasing and exile effects.
