Heroes in a Half Shell Commander Deck

The deck is built around generating Mutagen tokens and stacking +1/+1 counters across a wide board of Mutants, Ninjas, and Turtles, then crashing in with an ever-growing army to trigger the commander's reward of drawing cards and adding even more counters. Counter-doubling effects from multiple permanents cause creatures to snowball in power extremely quickly, while Shredder, Shadow Master can end games outright by copying itself across all opponents and draining half of each player's life in a single attack. The deck also leverages token creation and artifact sacrifice to generate mana and fuel combat-based draw engines, ensuring it can sustain pressure and refuel while closing out with an overwhelmingly large battlefield presence.
