These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Farseek ("we", "us", "our") — the website, application, and all related services. By creating an account or using Farseek, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Farseek.ai is operated as a sole proprietorship established in the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 88980499, with its registered address at Admiraal De Ruijterweg 350-A-1, 1055NA Amsterdam. The business is exempt from VAT under the Dutch small business scheme (Kleineondernemersregeling, art. 25 Wet OB). You can reach us at contact@farseek.ai.
Farseek is a Commander deckbuilding platform that provides deck storage, AI-assisted deckbuilding and analysis, and natural language card search. The service is provided as-is and may change over time.
You must create an account to use Farseek. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Farseek. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Farseek uses a mana credit system to meter AI usage. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features including chat, deck analysis, strategy generation, and natural language card search.
Refunds: Because a Farseek subscription and mana top-ups grant immediate access to digital content and services, no refunds are provided once access has been granted. By subscribing or purchasing a top-up, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate provision of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)).
Farseek uses large language models to power AI chat, deck analysis, and card search. AI-generated content is provided for informational and creative purposes only. AI responses are not official Magic: The Gathering rulings, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional guidance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI response, and you should verify important information independently — for example, check official sources for tournament rules and current card prices. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on AI output.
You retain ownership of any AI-generated suggestions, summaries, and analyses produced for your account, subject to the underlying rights of third parties (including Wizards of the Coast's rights in Magic: The Gathering card content). We make no representation that AI output is original or non-infringing.
AI features consume mana credits. The cost per interaction depends on the complexity of the request and the length of your deck.
Card text, imagery, and related data are sourced from Scryfall. Commander popularity and recommendation data is provided by EDHREC. Both are used solely to operate the service. Magic: The Gathering card content is the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Farseek is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, Scryfall, or EDHREC.
You retain ownership of the decklists and content you create. By using Farseek, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content in order to provide the service. We do not sell your decklists. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farseek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including statutory rights of consumers.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to AI features, card data, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the country where you reside. We do not participate in consumer arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of Farseek after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
