What is a Bracket 4 Commander deck?
Bracket 4 is High Power: the deck is built to win and nothing in the bracket rules holds it back. Any number of game changers, fast mana, mass land denial, chained extra turns and early combos are all on the table. The only limit is the format ban list.
What is the difference between Bracket 4 and Bracket 5?
Card choice is the same; intent is not. Bracket 5 is cEDH, where decks are built against a competitive metagame and expect to be answered. A Bracket 4 deck is as strong but not tuned against a known field.
What pushes a deck to Bracket 4?
Any one of these on its own is enough: four or more game changers, any mass land denial, chained extra turns, or a two-card win combo the deck can reliably tutor up early.
